1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tkt666 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at https://tkt666.app.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the tkt666 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered and maintains an active Account on the tkt666 Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances deposited by the Player and held within their tkt666 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by tkt666 under the terms of any active bonus offer, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all tkt666 transaction records, bonus expiry calculations, and support availability.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain a tkt666 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkt666 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request documentary proof of age during the verification process.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will. tkt666 does not solicit players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close associate of tkt666 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the tkt666 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be the sole, authorised user of any payment method used to deposit funds into your tkt666 Account.
• You must not hold more than one active tkt666 Account at any given time. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3Account Registration & Verification

To open a tkt666 Account, you must complete the registration process truthfully and accurately. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to update such information promptly if it changes.

tkt666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (mobile financial service account confirmation screenshot for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

tkt666 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information will be terminated immediately, and any Funds held therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

tkt666 accepts deposits exclusively via the following Bangladeshi Mobile Financial Services (MFS) providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your tkt666 Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the MFS provider.
• tkt666 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your MFS provider may apply standard transaction charges per their own schedule.
• Deposits may only be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• tkt666 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources, at its sole discretion, without liability for any delays incurred during this process.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your tkt666 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Your Account must have completed the identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS account used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for verified Accounts. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority processing with a target completion time of under 10 minutes.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• tkt666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a rolling 30-day period.
• tkt666 will not be responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by MFS provider outages, bank maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

6Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

tkt666 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general provisions below:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the stated Wagering Requirement has been fulfilled.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus offers are valid only for the time period stated in the promotion details. Expired bonus credit is forfeited without compensation.
• tkt666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering, credit will be applied at tkt666's discretion.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts, using VPN services to circumvent eligibility rules, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.
• The tkt666 VIP Programme awards loyalty points on qualifying real-money wagers. VIP tier status, cashback rates, and associated benefits are subject to change at tkt666's discretion. VIP status does not confer any contractual entitlement beyond what is expressly stated in the current VIP Programme terms.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkt666 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the tkt666 Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit tkt666 promotional offers.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, hedging, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms at the expense of tkt666.
• Registering or operating more than one tkt666 Account, either personally or via proxy.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to disguise your geographic location or circumvent account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the tkt666 Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the tkt666 Platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the tkt666 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and software, is the property of tkt666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tkt666 content without prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkt666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. tkt666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tkt666 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkt666 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. tkt666 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service following any outage but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

10Privacy & Data Protection

tkt666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a tkt666 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tkt666 applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure servers. tkt666 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11Responsible Gaming

tkt666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Player Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, take-a-break periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling behaviour is causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to utilise these tools or contact the tkt666 support team for assistance at any time.

12Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your tkt666 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your nominated MFS account within 3 business days.

tkt666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to tkt666 or third parties, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tkt666 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the tkt666 Platform should be submitted in writing to the tkt666 customer support team in the first instance. tkt666 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 14 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights as applicable in your jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

14Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tkt666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications and representations.
